CUSTOM EVENT RENTALS began by just offering picnic table rentals to party planners and for event venues in Vancouver BC, but now also provides other event furniture, equipment and structures for the event and party planning industry. View our gallery to see some great looking examples.

As a small business we thrive on personal customer service. The team who delivers and installs your Tables, Benches and other cedar products are the builders and designers. We inject as much pride into the installation of our items at your event as we did the day they were built in our wood shop.

We also offer other unique rental products that have been sourced through other businesses. These companies are also designers, builders, inventors, and manufacturers of items that they believe in and just want to place in your event. We have found items that are not easy to rent and included them in our network.

Our aim is to explore trendsetting decor that isn't common elsewhere in the rental industry. Custom Event Rentals just wants to build your next cool idea or we will happily share some of ours.
