We have several packages; whether you just need an organizer for one day or a full event planned and managed, we do all. We will also sit with you and do a layout of the event and venue, seating plans, we can choreograph your families dances. Planning Packages to Choose From:
1. Consultations Only - For those who are not sure where to begin but want to plan their own wedding/event. Consultation for 2 hours at no charge. This includes helpful advice, a few detailed ideas to look through/choose from to get the mind rolling, and a wedding budget spreadsheet to get you started and keep you on track.
2. Partial Planning - For those who have planned the major tasks but need some assistance with the smaller details. $Costs Vary
3. Full Event Coordination- For those who do not have the time or are not sure where to start from to plan their wedding. –(From the day you decide to get married to the end of your reception, we will take care of everything, budgeting, vendor negotiations, vendor referrals, flower, cake, performances, shopping, Music – mixing etc. This includes everything from purchasing the little things, paperwork, weekly emailed updates, a wedding organizer for you, 24 hour on call service, and day of event full assistance. $Costs Vary - upfront deposit fee required to save date and small purchasing costs if needed.
4. Rehearsal and/or Wedding/Event Day Coordination Only - For those who have planned their entire wedding but would like assistance on the day to ensure all runs as smooth as possible. This include development and implementation of a detailed schedule for the wedding, review of venue floor plans and layouts, visitation to ceremony & reception site to develop logistics and set up, direct bridal party and families for timing, entrances and other duties etc.
$Costs vary - upfront deposit fee for save the date.
5. Last Minute Wedding Package - You may have been dreaming about your wedding since you were 5 yrs old, but suddenly your universe aligns itself perfectly and all of a sudden, it’s the perfect season to get married. Giving you less than 6 weeks of time!!! Don’t worry, we have the solution for you. With our Last Minute Weddings Package, you can avail of our wedding coordination services for up to 31 days (or 4 weeks) before your wedding, so that you don’t have to go hunting around for the dots to fit in the right place. Our package details include everything you need to get the ball rolling at your fingertips!
