Monarchy Blue is a family business. We are Maria & Alejandra, a sister-sister team of Certified Wedding Planners. Throughout the years we have been inspired by our mother, the “Original Party Planner”! From her we have learned that you can make an extraordinary event out of any occasion, by focusing on the details and creating a wonderful experience for your guests. Together we have over 10 years of project management experience. Coordinating a series of moving parts to come together and work as one is second nature to us.

At Monarchy Blue we are focused on turning dreams into reality. Nothing is too big, too small, or too obscure. • Guidance on wedding scheme and design
• Direction on venue and vendor selection
• Scheduling and attending meetings with vendors
• Confirming contracts and agreements with vendors
• Managing the wedding budget
• Creating a timeline and schedule for the wedding day
• Coordination of wedding rehearsal and wedding day (other events as requested)
• Facilitation of vendors and deliveries on wedding day
• Two (2) WPIC Certified Planners for the wedding day
• Full access to emergency kit

COORDINATION
• Two (2) in person meetings to review wedding details
• Creating a timeline and schedule for the wedding day
• Coordination of wedding rehearsal and wedding day (other events as requested)
• Two (2) WPIC Certified Planners for the wedding day
• Full access to emergency kit

CONSULTING
• Guidance on wedding scheme and design
• Direction on venue and vendor selection – 3 selections per vendor
• Consultation on budget
• Creating a timeline and schedule for the wedding day
