As of January 2015 we will be asking that you make an appointment Monday through Saturday for all bride and bridesmaids visits so that we can guarantee you the best one on one service every time

One-On-One Personal Services

As one of the Ottawa area’s leading wedding gown experts, our trained consultants offer expert, detailed, and personalized service to the bride and her entire bridal party. Our bridal consultants will individually guide each bride when making her most important decision for that special day.

Complimentary Storage and Steaming

Your gown will be stored in our custom built storage until you are ready to pick it up. Upon picking up your gown and bridesmaids dresses, they will be professionally steamed, pressed, and made ready for you.

Discounts & Coupon Package

Sinder's brides will also receive special discounts for bridesmaids, flower girls and mothers of the bride dresses.
All our brides receive a coupon package containing discounts from a number of other wedding related suppliers that we have worked with over the years.
If you know someone who should be a part of our services who comes highly recommended let us know so we can work with them too!

Seamstress Service

We have worked closely with a seamstress located directly across the street for over 20 years now and recommend them for the best fit service. We can also recommend wonderful seamstresses locally, or in the Ottawa area, if you prefer to have your alterations done closer to home. They will ensure that your wedding gown and bridal party dresses are perfect for your special day.
